Employees who have a high work attitude will have high-performance abilities, whereas employees who have a negative work attitude will have low rational employee performance. This research aimed to determine the relationship between superior supervision, achievement awards, and the work environment on the work attitudes of deputy staff in the field of policy and BPJS health membership data at the head office in 2023.</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Methods:</strong> The research design used a quantitative, descriptive analytical approach with a cross-sectional correlation approach, research at the BPJS office Center from June 2023 to July 2023 with a sample of 30 respondents, using a total sampling technique. Data processing used SPSS version 25 with univariate and bivariate analysis.</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Results:</strong> The results of the research show that there was a significant relationship between the independent and dependent variables, in the relationship between supervisor supervision variables and achievement awards on work attitudes, the p-value = 0.000, and on the relationship between work environment variables and work attitudes, p-value = 0.001.</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Discussion:</strong> Companies are advised to create a program to improve work attitudes with clear objectives and be evaluated on an ongoing basis, carry out skills development education and training, provide direction from superiors to provide freedom for creativity, provide appropriate and fair rewards, and provide a comfortable workspace.</p> Renny Bertilia, Agustina Sari, Rahma Yeni Copyright (c) 2024 Indonesian Scholar Journal of Medical and Health Science https://dohara.or.id/index.php/hsk/article/view/591 Thu, 30 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kemauan Membayar (Willingness To Pay) Iuran Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Pada Pekerja Sektor Informal Di Kota Jakarta Timur Tahun 2023 https://dohara.or.id/index.php/hsk/article/view/596 <p><strong>Introduction:</strong> Non-Wage Recipient Participants (PBPU) are participants who work outside employment relationships or general employment regulations. Participants in this segment can be defined as workers in the informal sector. The JKN membership or payment system for informal sector workers is not coercive and is based on personal awareness so that people have the choice to participate or not in JKN. Nationally, participant contribution arrears are highest among PBPU participants-independent workers (Rp. 5,654,930,976,944), which is 86.88% of the total contribution arrears. This research aimed to determine the factors that influence the willingness to pay.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> The design used is descriptive with a quantitative approach with cross-sectional design, and data collection using a questionnaire of 100 respondents. Data were processed with SPSS Version 25 using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results were an influence of the number of family members, knowledge, history of disasters, and quality of health services on the willingness to pay behavior of informal sector workers in the city of East Jakarta in 2023.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results of bivariate analysis on knowledge, History of Catastrophic Illness, and Quality of Health Services are p-value = 0.000 (ρ &lt; 0.05).</p> <p><strong>Discussion:</strong> Suggestions for BPJS are to carry out educational and promotional actions regarding the benefits of the JK-KIS program and carry out evaluations by conducting follow-up surveys and seeing the progress of adding participants who are willing to pay, another thing is to advise participants who are in arrears to choose a membership segment that suits financial capabilities. by lower membership class or become a PBI participant (Contribution Assistance Recipient).</p> Muhammad Iqbal, Rahma Yeni, Istiana Kusumastuti Copyright (c) 2024 Indonesian Scholar Journal of Medical and Health Science https://dohara.or.id/index.php/hsk/article/view/596 Thu, 30 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Hubungan Sanitasi Lingkungan, Pemberian Asi Eksklusif dan Pengetahuan Ibu Dengan Kejadian Diare Pada Balita 1 - 5 Tahun Di UPTD Puskesmas X https://dohara.or.id/index.php/hsk/article/view/594 <p><strong>Introduction: </strong>Health problems in society are a major concern in developing countries, including Indonesia. One of the health problems in Indonesia is diarrhea which is the main cause of death after respiratory tract infections. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2021 diarrhea is the second main disease that causes death in children under five and causes 525,000 children under five to die every year. This study aimed to determine the relationship between environmental sanitation, exclusive breastfeeding, and maternal knowledge with the incidence of diarrhea in toddlers 1-5 years old at the UPTD Community Health Center X</p> <p><strong>Method</strong><strong>s</strong>: This type of research was quantitative, with the research design used being analytical descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique uses the total population. The location this research was conducted at the UPTD Community Health Center X. The total population number is 100.</p> <p><strong>Result</strong>: From this research, the results showed that there was a relationship between environmental sanitation and the incidence of diarrhea with a p-value = 0,014. There is a relationship between breastfeeding and the incidence of diarrhea with a p-value of 0,017. There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and the incidence of diarrhea with a p-value of 0,028 in toddlers 1-5 years old at the UPTD Community Health Center X. Maternal knowledge is a variable with a very large relationship, where if the mother's knowledge is sufficient, the risk can be 0,376 times diarrhea occurs in toddlers aged 1-5 years.</p> <p><strong>Conclu</strong><strong>s</strong><strong>ion:</strong> It is hoped that mothers can pay attention to providing clean water sources, at least for the water they consume daily, using water that is clean and cooked well before consuming it.</p> Dewi Febrianan Dewi, Ardiyansyah, Elly Kurnia Copyright (c) 2024 Indonesian Scholar Journal of Medical and Health Science https://dohara.or.id/index.php/hsk/article/view/594 Thu, 30 Nov 2023 00:00:00 +0700 Hubungan Persepsi Manfaat, Persepsi Kemudahan, dan Minat dengan Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Pandawa di Wilayah Kerja BPJS Cabang Tangerang Tahun 2023 https://dohara.or.id/index.php/hsk/article/view/598 <p><strong>Introduction: </strong>As an effort to improve and increase the quality of service to the community as participants, BPJS provides technology-based services, such as the Mobile JKN application and Pandawa Administrative Services via WhatsApp, and Chika (JKN Chat Assistant). The development of digital service channels was developed so that people can access services more quickly and easily. This research aimed to determine the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, and interest in Pandawa application.</p> <p><em> </em><strong>Methods: </strong>This research used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach and a cross-sectional design. The sample in this study was 98 respondents. Primary data was obtained using a questionnaire and tested with univariate and bivariate analysis. The location of this research is Tangerang City.</p> <p><em> </em><strong>Results: </strong>The results of this research were that the majority of respondents had a low intensity of using the PANDAWA application, namely 51 (55.0%), the majority of respondents said it was useful, namely 58 (59.2%), the majority of respondents said it was easy, namely 55 (56.1%), and the majority of respondents expressed interest, 53 (54.1%). The conclusion is that there is a relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived convenience, and interest in using the Pandawa application in the BPJS Tangerang branch work area in 2023, with the value of the chi-square analysis results for each variable, p-value = 0.000 (ρ &lt; 0.05).</p> <p><em> </em><strong>Discussion: </strong>It is recommended that BPJS carry out an effective outreach campaign, the application has an interface that is easy to use, intuitive, and user friendly. Meanwhile, health complaints felt at fire locations are generally due to inhaling a lot of smoke, for example coughing, shortness of breath, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, sore eyes and even fainting. This research aims to determine the risks to firefighters using the method of <em>job safety analysis.</em></p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> The approach used in this research is qualitative, namely a research and understanding process based on a methodology that investigates a social phenomenon and human problem. This research was conducted in the East Jakarta Municipal Fire Management And Rescue Department. The selection of informants in this research was determined using a purpose sampling method for the informants themselves consisting of Platoon Heads, Team Heads, and Firefighters.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The results of this research are based on the identification of firefighter hazards, namely; physical hazards, chemical hazards, biomechanical hazards, and psychological hazards. Meanwhile, the risk assessment found a 6% High Risk in the poisoning section and exposure to backdraft dangers. 51% Moderate Risk of parts falling from fire pump units, collisions with vehicles, units rolling over, entangling installation cables, electricity/trees/twigs on the road, pinched fingers and falls due to hoses. 47% Low Risk for tripping while getting to the fire pump, slipping while climbing the fire pump, spraining your back while taking the hose, and assaulting officers.</p> <p><strong>Discussion:</strong> The purpose of this research is to identify hazards, carry out, carry out risk assessments, and find out risk controls.
