In Indonesia, the development of health insurance is carried out through a healthcare system that mandates contributions from those who can afford it and provides assistance to those who cannot. One of the introduced health insurance programs is the National Health Assurance (JKN) provided by BPJS. This study aims to conduct a systematic literature review on the role of economics in consumer decision making regarding payments within the BPJS system.

Methods: Inclusion criteria were used to select relevant studies on the research topic. Searches were conducted through the Pubmed, ScienceDirect, and Scopus databases using appropriate keywords. The selected studies meeting the inclusion criteria were evaluated and their results were extracted for analysis.

Results: The study's selection process yielded five studies that met the inclusion criteria. These studies revealed that factors such as health conditions, family and friends, knowledge, experience, gender, education, occupation, income, location, family size, understanding of health insurance, accessibility and quality of healthcare services, and administrative procedures influence membership and participation in the JKN program. Proposed recommendations include involving local or influential leaders, effective socialization, progressive premium adjustments, targeted subsidy strategies, convenient premium payment methods, and enhancing understanding of health insurance benefits.

Conclusion: The study concludes that membership and participation in the JKN program are influenced by various factors. Efforts involving local or influential leaders, effective socialization, progressive premium adjustments, targeted subsidy strategies, and convenient premium payment methods are needed to improve membership and participation rates. Additionally, the ability and willingness of informal sector workers to pay should also be considered. All these efforts aim to enhance Universal Health Coverage (UHC) and protect society comprehensively.
2024-01-23T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Hafizurrachman https://dohara.or.id/index.php/isjbems/article/view/611 Strategi Pemasaran dalam Bisnis Waralaba 2024-01-23T13:33:25+07:00 Yulia Khoerunnisa yuliakhoerunnisa7@gmail.com
Introduction: Facing competitive market challenges, franchise businesses must develop innovative marketing strategies and consistent brand management. Banks, especially commercial banks, form the core of the financial system, providing various services and acting as intermediaries for funds.

Methods: This study adopts a literature review method, a theoretical approach that references relevant sources related to values, culture, and norms within the studied society. The method does not involve field data collection but rather analyzes scholarly literature such as books, journals, and other documents. In Indonesia, Ponzi schemes are still prevalent, and many people are unaware of their dangers. Unlike multi-level marketing (MLM), this scheme focuses solely on recruiting new members without selling any products or services.

Methods: This research employs a literature review method by referencing relevant sources. The utilized sources include the Google Scholar database with the keywords "Ponzi Scheme in Indonesia."

Results: The Ponzi scheme is an illegal investment scheme that promises false profits to new investors using the money from previous investors. Some examples of cases in Indonesia include First Travel, MeMiles, Dream for Freedom (D4F), Sunmod Alkes, and Binomo. Regulation regarding Ponzi schemes in Indonesia is not comprehensive enough, necessitating more stringent laws and public education. Future Ponzi schemes are becoming increasingly complex and challenging to identify. The Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK) must enhance monitoring and supervision capabilities over investment entities. Educating the public and the younger generation about safe and legitimate investments is also crucial in reducing Ponzi scheme practices.

Conclusion: The Ponzi scheme remains a deceitful illegal investment promising high returns and continues to pose a challenge in the future. Implementing stricter regulations and educating the public and younger generation are essential steps to mitigate Ponzi scheme practices and protect society from illegal investment losses.
2024-01-23T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Kemal Akbar Suroadji https://dohara.or.id/index.php/isjbems/article/view/613 Digital Marketing pada Pelayanan Kesehatan Rumah Sakit 2024-01-23T13:45:34+07:00 Muhammad Raoul Taufiq Abdyllah roulabdullah@gmail.com
Introduction: This research examines the role of digital marketing in improving hospital health services in the digital era. By detailing the basic concepts, strategies, and their influence on patient perceptions, this research focuses on reference sources that guide the implementation of digital marketing to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in health services.

Methods: The literature study method was used to explore relevant reference sources in the context of hospital marketing through digital marketing. Analysis was carried out on the basic concepts of digital marketing, strategies and tactics applied, as well as their impact on patient perceptions.

Results: Implementing digital marketing opens up opportunities for hospitals to reach audiences efficiently and effectively via the Internet, social media, mobile applications and email. A detailed strategy, involving understanding the target audience and using SMART goals, is the key to success. Its impact on patient perception indicates increased trust through clear presentation of information and direct interaction. Although opportunities such as building a brand image and increasing patient satisfaction are visible, it is important to remember that the implementation of digital marketing has limitations, especially related to referral and general services that are less suitable for digital marketing campaigns.

Conclusion: This research concludes that a deep understanding of the concept and implementation of digital marketing allows hospitals to utilize this potential to improve the quality of health services in the digital era. Challenges such as online review management and service consistency can be overcome with a well-thought-out strategy. However, it is important to remember that digital marketing is not a universal solution, especially for referral and general services that do not always fit this approach.
2024-01-23T00:00:00+07:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Raoul Taufiq Abdyllah
