<p><strong>Introduction: </strong>It is important to pay attention to the smooth production of breast milk because breast milk production that is not smooth is one of the factors that causes mothers to fail to provide breast milk. This type of research is a type of qualitative research with a case study design. The aim of this research was to determine the difference between giving banana blossoms and Moringa leaf extract to increasing breast milk production at RSBT Sungailiat.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>A case literature review case studies, library data collection methods, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The research results showed that there were differences in the results of midwifery care between post-partum mothers who were given banana blossom vegetable intervention and post-partum mothers who were given Moringa leaf extract.</p> <p><strong>Discussion: </strong> In participant 1, the postpartum mother who pumped before being given the banana blossom vegetable intervention got 20 ml, the second visit on day 4 postpartum got 55 ml and the third visit on day 7 got 95 ml. Meanwhile, for the second participant who pumped before being given the Moringa leaf extract intervention, he got 20 ml, on day 4 he got 50 ml and on day 7 he got 85 ml. In conclusion, postpartum mothers who consumed banana flower vegetables were more effective in experiencing faster increases compared to postpartum mothers who consumed Moringa leaf extract.</p> <p> </p>Fera Defrianti

<p><strong>Introduction: </strong>Anemia is a condition where the number of erythrocytes or hemoglobin concentration is insufficient to meet physiological needs. If the hemoglobin level in the blood is less than 12 g/dl, young women are said to suffer from anemia. Young women are at high risk of anemia because they experience menstruation which causes young women to lose a lot of blood so they need iron three times more than men.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>A case study approach to the research sample consisted of 2 young women with low Hb levels, 1 young woman was given chicken liver and 1 young woman was given chicken eggs.</p> <p><strong>Results :</strong> The first examination of respondent 1 Hb 10,6 g/dl and respondent 2,11 g/dl. After 7 days of consuming chicken eggs in respondent 1, Hb 12,1 g/dl was obtained and after 7 days of consuming chicken liver in respondent 2 Hb 12,3 g/dl was obtained.</p> <p><strong>Discussion : </strong> the effectiveness of providing chicken eggs and chicken liver to increase the hemoglobin levels of adolescents at PMB J in 2024. the Hb level in anemic adolescents who consume chicken liver increases faster compared to anemic adolescents who consume chicken eggs.</p>Juli Artika Samosir

<p><strong>Introduction: </strong>The high prevalence of anemia in Women of Reproductive Age (especially brides-to-be) is generally due to a lack of knowledge about anemia, iron deficiency, folic acid, vitamin B12 and vitamin A. Symptoms and dangers of anemia in pre-marital women may cause fatigue, decreased physical capacity, weakness and decreased productivity which will worsen if the bride-to-be becomes pregnant.</p> <p><strong>Methods:</strong> Employed a case study approach. The research sample consisted of 2 pre-marital women with low Hb Levels, 1 pre-marital woman was given soy milk and 1 pre-marital woman was given green bean extract.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> The initial examination showed respondent 1 had an Hb of 10,6 gr/dl and respondent 2 had 11 gr/dl. After 7 days of consuming chicken eggs, respondent 1's Hb increased to 12,1 gr/dl and after 7 days of consuming chicken liver, respondent 2's Hb increased to 12,3 gr/dl.</p> <p><strong>Discussion: </strong> Hb levels in pre-marital women with anemia consuming soy milk showed a faster increase compared to pre-marital women with anemia consuming green bean extract.</p>Melva Nurizha Simangunsong

<p><strong>Introduction: </strong>Emesis is one of the discomforts experienced by pregnant women in the first trimester, which occurs in almost 50% of pregnant women. Pregnant women usually experience nausea and vomiting in the morning. To provide midwifery care and to determine the effect of lemon aromatherapy and ginger drink on first trimester pregnant women with emesis gravidarum at PMB M in 2024.</p> <p><strong>Methods: </strong>A Case study approach to the research sample was first trimester pregnant women experiencing emesis gravidarum. In this study, there was 2 samples, where 1 sample used lemon aromatherapy intervention and 1 sample used Ginger Water Boiled</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Faster decrease in vomiting frequency in respondents given lemon aromatherapy intervention compared to ginger water, but both were effective in treating nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women with mild emesis gravidarum.</p> <p><strong>Discussion: </strong> Emesis gravidarum in first trimester pregnant women given lemon aromatherapy intervention, the complaints were more reduced, which was 4 times a day to 1 time a day, compared to the intervention of ginger water, which was from 5 times a day to 3 times a day.</p>Mesi Rikawani

<p><strong>Introduction: </strong>Hormonal changes in menopausal women cause a decrease in estrogen hormones that affect the blood vessels to become less elastic and changes in metabolism. The prevalence of high blood pressure in menopausal women reaches 60-70% and the majority of cases are undetected and uncontrolled.</p> <p><strong> </strong><strong>Methods:</strong> The case study approach using the research sample was 2 menopausal women aged 48 and 49 years who were experiencing hypertension, observed by giving menopausal women cucumber juice and celery leaf boiling.</p> <p><strong>Results:</strong> Comparison of blood pressure in menopausal women with hypertension who were given the Celery Leaf Boiling intervention had more reduced complaints, from blood pressure of 150/99 mmHg to 138/92 mmHg, compared to the Cucumber Juice intervention, which was from 150/98 mmHg to 140/90 mmHg.</p> <p><strong>Discussion: </strong>The high blood pressure in menopausal women who were given the celery leaf boiling intervention lowered blood pressure faster than the cucumber juice intervention. To provide midwifery care for menopausal women with hypertension and to determine the effect of giving cucumber juice and celery leaf boiling to menopausal women with hypertension at the Gunung Muda Belinyu Community Health Center, Bangka Belitung in 2025.</p>Devi Yuliana
