Results: Validity and Reliability Test with Alpha Cronbach test. Analysis using both univariate and bivariate techniques. In this study, the results obtained were that there was a relationship between the role of brushing teeth (P-esteem = 0,001 and OR = 8,160); Knowledge (P-esteem = 0,019 and OR = 4,481); and the role of workforce health (P-esteem = 0.04 and OR = 6,400) with the incidence of dental caries in early childhood at RA Nurul Ikhwan.
