Introduction: One of the problems in terms of reproductive health in women that often occurs is Flour Albus or vaginal discharge. This research is very important because flour albus infection is a reproductive health problem for women, so it is hoped that this research can be a solution to reduce the incidence of flour albus infection, especially for women of childbearing age. The general objective of this study was to find out the relationship between knowledge, stress, vulva hygiene, and contraceptive methods with the incidence of flour albus in women of childbearing age in the working area of the Tanah Sareal Health Center, Bogor City, in 2022.
Methods: This research was conducted using the analytic descriptive method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study used a total sampling technique, namely as many as 32 respondents. In data processing using the SPSS Statistics Windows application Version 25.
Results: There was a significant relationship between vulva hygiene (p-value 0,002 < 0,05); contraceptive method (p-value 0,001 < 0,05); and no relationship between knowledge (p-value 0,782 > 0,05); stress (p-value 0,659 > 0,05); with the incidence of flour albus infection in women of childbearing age in the working area of the Tanah Sareal Public Health Center, Bogor City, in 2023.
Discussion: There was a relationship between vulva hygiene and contraceptive methods with the incidence of fluor albus infection in women of childbearing age. The results of this study are expected health workers to be more active in providing education or counseling related to how-to do-good vulva hygiene and the right method of using contraception for women of childbearing age.
