Introduction: Exclusive breastfeeding is defined as breastfeeding without supplementation with food or drink other than medication. After 6 months, breast milk cannot meet the needs of minerals such as iron and zinc, so to meet these needs, MP ASI (complementary breast milk) which is rich in iron must be given. The general aim of this research is to determine the relationship between trust, support from health workers and the use of MCH books with exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Sindangbarang inpatient Health Center, Cianjur district in 2023.
Methods: This research uses quantitative methods with a cross-sectional study design. The total population is 98 with a sample of 50 breastfeeding mothers.
Results: The results of bivariate analysis showed that the p-value of all p-value variables < α (0,05); trust (0,000); support from health workers (0,000) and use of KIA books (0,000) means that H0 is rejected or there is a significant relationship between trust, support from health workers and use of MCH books with exclusive breastfeeding in the work area of the Sindangbarang inpatient Health Center, Cianjur Regency in 2023.
Discussion: In this research trust, support from health workers and use of MCH books influence exclusive breastfeeding. Suggestions from the research that has been carried out, the researcher tries to provide several suggestions to future researchers. With the hope that the suggestions given can be useful in further research.
