Combined Diabetes Exercise and Ginger Decoction on Random Blood Glucose in People with Diabetes Mellitus in 2025

Introduction: Structured physical activity supports diabetes management, whereas evidence concerning ginger mostly comes from standardized supplements. Objective: To describe random blood glucose changes with combined diabetes exercise and ginger decoction. Methods: A two-group pre–post design used synthetic records representing 48 profiles with type 2 diabetes, 24 assigned to the combination and 24 to usual care. Random glucose was positioned at a consistent time relative to meals over four weeks; changes were compared using Welch’s t test. Results: Mean glucose in the combination group changed from 233.0 to 186.2 mg/dL (−46.8), compared with 235.4 to 223.3 mg/dL (−12.1) in the comparison group. The between-group change difference was −34.7 mg/dL (p < .001). Conclusion: The synthetic pattern supports a testable hypothesis but cannot establish clinical efficacy or the independent effect of ginger decoction.
