Abstract

Introduction: As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses and other medical personnel are working harder than usual in handling cases of the COVID-19 pandemic. The increasing number of patients affected by this virus has forced nurses to work more intensively in hospitals. The working hours which are originally only 6-8 hours become more than that time, even though there were overtime hours, nurses sometimes slept in the hospital. This is what is feared to cause work fatigue.

The study was conducted in January 2022 at the Tapos Health Center in Depok. This study used an analytical survey method with a cross-sectional survey design, and secondary and primary data collection by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique was total sampling with a sample size of 30 COVID-19 handling officers at the Tapos Health Center UPTD in Depok.

Results: The results of this study are that there is a relationship between the intensity of the length of work and fatigue of the COVID-19 handling officers at the Tapos Health Center in Depok with a p-value < (0,037 < 0,05) and an OR value of 8,750, there is a relationship between health conditions and fatigue in handling officers. COVID-19 at the Tapos Health Center in Depok with p-value < (0,027 < 0,05) and an OR value of 0,125 and there is a relationship between work stress and fatigue for COVID-19 handling officers at Tapos Health Center in Depok with p-value < (0,031 < 0,05).
