Abstract

Introduction: Employee performance is the ability of employees to carry out the tasks assigned by the company. Employee performance is one indicator of achieving the targets set by the company. The 2020 target that has been set by many outlets companies Kimia Farma Apothecary was not able to reach it. The purpose of this studyas to determine the relationship between training, motivation, and incentives with employee performance Kimia Farma Apothecary unit Bisnis Jaya 1 South Jakarta region in 2021.

 Methods: The population of this study were employees of 15 stores at Kimia Farma Apothecary Bisnis Jaya 1 area of ​​​​South Jakarta with a total sample of 97 starting from July to August 2021. This type of research was analytical survey with a cross-sectional approach that uses a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and for data processing using the SPSS program.

 Results: The result of this research here is a relationship between training and performance with a p-value of 0,001 < 0,005 with an Odds Ratio value of 4,133, motivation also has a relationship with the performance of a p-value of 0,002 < 0,005 with an Odds Ratio value of 3,869 as well as incentives. there is a relationship with the performance of the p-value of 0,001 < 0,005 with an Odds Ratio value of 15,714.

 Discussion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between training, motivation, and incentives with the performance of Kimia Farma Apothecary employees in the Jaya1 business unit in the South Jakarta area in 2021.
