Introduction: Health, safety, and the environment is an integral part of the workforce and human resources system.
Methods: This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. There were 2 informants in this study, namely the HSE manager and the field implementer.
Results: The results of the research based on expert validation tests on the influence of Self-Awareness in the CARE Program show that Educators (5 = strongly agree); Controllers (4 = agree); executors (5 = agree). It is hoped that it can add reading material for the community to increase knowledge and awareness regarding the influence of Self Awareness the CARE Program, and is expected to add reference material for PT. Total Bangun Persada to increase the influence of Self-Awareness in the CARE Program.
Discussion: The implementation of Self-Awareness Activities in the Care Program for Occupational Health and Safety in the Sakura Garden City Apartment Project Phase 1a 2022. The implementation is correct starting from the description of the observation stage, the description of the reporting stage, and the description of the follow-up stage.
