Abstract

Introduction: Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is the biggest problem in Indonesia. In DKI Jakarta there were 95,893 cases. In DKI Jakarta Province in 2020, there were 4,227 cases. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between preventive behavior, physical environment, and attitudes of housewives regarding DHF towards the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever in Cibubur Village, Ciracas District in 2022. This type of research is quantitative research that is correlational, namely looking at the relationship between prevention behavior and environment. Physical, and Attitudes of Housewives Regarding DHF Against Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever Incidence in Cibubur Village, Ciracas District in 2022. In this study the researchers took respondents from data on the number of people who had DHF and did not suffer from DHF in Cibubur in 2022, totaling 96 households.

 Methods: The method used is descriptive-analytic with cross-sectional. The research sample is housewives in the RT 1/3 area of Cibubur Village with a total of 90 housewives.

Results: The results of this study were that there was a relationship between prevention behavior and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever p=0.000 (p<α =0.05), there was a relationship between the physical environment and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever p=0.038 (p<α =0.05). and there is a significant relationship between the attitude of housewives and the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever p = 0.0001 (p <α = 0.05). The results of the research on the Relationship between Preventive Behavior, Physical Environment, and Housewives' Attitudes regarding DHF and DHF Incidents in the Cibubur Village, Ciracas District in 2022.

 Discussion: The following conclusions can be drawn: The number of respondents who experienced DHF incidents was 57 respondents in RT 1/3 Kelurahan Cibubur, there were 52 respondents who carried out preventive behavior, 58 people who carried out the physical environment and who had a good attitude in preventing DHF as many as 56 respondents. Those who did not have preventive behavior as many as 32 respondents who had experienced DHF incidents p = 0,000; meaning that there was a relationship between behavior prevention with DHF events and OR = 3,125; that is, those who did not carry out preventive behavior were at risk of 3,125x experiencing DHF events compared to those who carried out preventive behavior. The physical environment did not meet the requirements of as many as 42 respondents who had experienced DHF incidents. p = 0,038; meaning that there is a relationship between the physical environment and the incidence of DHF and OR = 0,33; that is, those whose physical environment does not meet the requirements are at risk of 0,33x experiencing DHF events compared to the physical environment that meets the requirements. The attitude is not good as many as 37 respondents with never experienced dengue. p = 0,001; meaning that there is a relationship between attitude and the incidence of DHF and OR = 6,982; namely those whose attitude is not good at the risk of 6,982x experiencing DHF events compared to a good attitude in preventing DHF.
