Introduction: Cesarea Section (CS) delivery is a process of delivery through surgery where an incision is made in the mother's stomach (laparotomy) and uterus (hysterotomy) to remove the baby. The process of delivery by Cesarea Section (CS) is a birthing method that is considered safe for some groups, but patients who undergo the process of delivery by Cesarean Section (CS) are not just free after surgery. One that will be felt is postoperative pain. This study aims to determine the relationship between Early Mobilization, Family Support, and Relaxation with Reducing Pain Scale in Post-Cesarea Section Mothers in the Midwifery Room of Pagelaran General Hospital.
Methods: This type of research is descriptive-analytic research using a cross-sectional approach. This study involved 71 women postoperatively for cesarean section in the Obstetrics Room of the Pagelaran Regional General Hospital from November to December 2022. Subjects were asked to fill out a questionnaire.
Results: The results showed that there was a significant relationship between early mobilization and a decrease in the pain scale obtained a p-value of 0,000; family support with a decrease in the pain scale obtained a p-value of 0,000; relaxation with a decrease in the pain scale obtained a p-value of 0,007.
Discussion: The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between early mobilization, family support, and relaxation with a decrease in pain scale in post-operative Cesarean Section (CS) mothers in the obstetric room at Pagelaran Regional General Hospital in 2022.
