Methods: This study used a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study design.

Results: Most of the respondents namely 24 people (53,3%) felt there was a lack of support from health workers. Most of the respondents namely 23 people (55,6%) had poor health information. Most of the respondents, namely 27 people (60,0%) had access to health facilities that were difficult to reach. Most of the respondents 23 people (51,5%) did not use Village Health Post. There was a relationship between the Role of health workers, health information, and accessibility of health facilities to the utilization of village health posts by mothers at birth.
