Introduction: According to the WHO report data in 2019, the global MMR percentage is 303 per 100,000 live births. The condition of MMR in ASEAN is 235 per 100,000 live births, while the condition in Indonesia, based on a report from the Ministry of Health in 2020, reveals that MMR is still a serious health problem in developing countries. The number of maternal deaths collected from family health program records at the Ministry of Health in 2020 shows that there is an increasing trend in cases of maternal death in Indonesia. The number of maternal deaths recorded in 2020 was 97.6/100,000 Live Births (4,627 cases). This number shows an increase compared to 2019 of 87.9/100/000 Live Births (4,197 cases).
Methods: This research method will use analytical observation with a cross-sectional design. This research obtains data from respondents directly by using observation sheet instruments and questionnaires. Statistical testing uses the chi-square test. Research was conducted to test and analyze the relationship between the Influence of the 7 P Marketing Mix on ANC Service Satisfaction.
Results: it is known that N or the amount of research data is 106, then the sig value. (2-tailed) is 0.003 ≤ 0.05, as is the basis decision making above, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between product and service satisfaction. Next, from the table Above, it is known that the correlation coefficient is 0.289, so this value indicates its existence of a low influence between product and service satisfaction
Discussion: As is the basis for decision making above, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between product, price, promotion, process, physical evidence and service satisfaction. while people (officers) can conclude that there is no influence which is significant for service satisfaction.
