Introduction: Health is an important factor for all human activities. Along with rapid population growth, it affects the surrounding environment, as well as public health behavior itself. So that it can lead to health problems that cause various cases of disease. Starting from the disease scale of ordinary events to extraordinary events. Dengue hemorrhagic fever is one of the extraordinary diseases in Depok City area. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is a disease caused by the dengue virus belonging to the Arthropod-Borne Virus, the genus Flavivirus, and the family Flaviviridae. DHF is transmitted through the bite of mosquitoes of the genus Aedes, especially Aedes aegypti.
Methods: This research used descriptive quantitative research design to make descriptions, descriptions in a systematic, factual and accurate way.
Results: The results of this study indicated that the demographic, environmental, and health behavior aspects can be said to be quite good in preventing Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF).
Discussion: DHF is caused by several factors such as demographic factors, namely age, gender, employment status, marital status. On environmental factors, namely Eradication of Mosquito Larvae, Waste Management, Household Wastewater Sewerage. On Health Behavior, namely PHBS, Germas, and Healthy Family Efforts.
