The research was carried out in September-December 2021 in the work area of the UPTD Puskesmas X Depok City. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate with a Chi-square test.

Results: There is no relationship between the Mother's Education (Pv = 0.165), mother's work (Pv = 0.879), and feeding patterns (Pv = 0.594), while the family economy (Pv = 0.001) has a relationship with the incidence of stunting in children under five in the work area UPTD Puskesmas X Depok City.

Discussion: It is known that there is no relationship between a mother's education because the average mother has a high school education so that she has good knowledge in preparing toddler nutrition, and also the mother's job is not related because on average housewives are housewives so there is plenty of time to pay attention to their toddlers, especially on nutrition, and diet, while the family economy has a relationship with the incidence of stunting in toddlers in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas X Depok City, because the economy determines the community in buying food ingredients to meet the nutritional intake needs of toddlers.
